The Russian 91% by UCT is a rebuildable tank atomizer (RTA) which is a remake of the very popular Kayfun Lite RTA. The Russian 91% improves upon the Kayfun Lite with its adjustable airflow control* and independently adjustable positive pin.

Made of high quality stainless steel, this tank features a pressurized chamber, an adjustable positive pin, and dual function modes. This means this RTA can also be used as an RDA (rebuildable dripper atomizer). Additionally, all parts are interchangeable with the Kayfun Lite.
